Hello! I am looking for a long term nanny and/or household manager position. Open to part time or full time for the right family! I have 10 years of experience working with kiddos! I enjoy planning activities for the day and going on adventures outside. When working with children, I believe it is my job to become a safe person for every child I work with. I achieve this through encouraging kids to express themselves and have fun while also setting firm boundaries that create an atmosphere of mutual respect. My goal is always to ensure both the physical and emotional wellbeing of the child(ren) at all times. My formal qualifications include 10 years of private nanny experience with ages 1-13, CPR and First Aid certifications, and a clean driving record. Our family has been incredibly fortunate to have Peyton as our nanny, caring for our daughter from about 18 months to two and a half years old, and she has been both exceptionally reliable and deeply caring throughout that time. Peyton is patient, loving, kind, and genuinely engaged with our child, always creating a warm and empathetic environment where our daughter feels safe, supported, and happy. She has consistently aligned her nannying approach with our parenting guidelines and rules, maintaining consistent messaging and routines, including our expectations around essentially no screen time. Peyton is wonderfully present with our daughter and stays off her phone during her time with her, focusing fully on play, learning, and connection. She plans thoughtful activities, age appropriate play, and gentle structure for the day, and she also takes initiative around the house by picking up toys and tidying and organizing during nap time and before she leaves each day. Peyton is flexible and understanding, has reliable transportation, and has helped with preschool pickup, evening and weekend care, and coordination with family when we have been away. She has become an important part of our daughter’s village and of our family’s life, and we are proud to serve as a reference for her and will gladly continue to do so. We cannot say enough positive things about Peyton she is a wonderful person and an outstanding nanny who cares for our child as if she were her own.
