I've been a dedicated and experienced childcare provider for over three years, and I'm passionate about nurturing children's growth and development. My calm and patient nature creates a harmonious environment for the children I care for. I foster open communication with parents through daily written reports, verbal communication during pickup, and regular updates. While I'm comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment, I also believe in fostering a sense of independence and self-discipline in children. I love playing outdoor sports and physical games with the kids, as I believe in the importance of active play and physical fitness. I hold a graduate degree, and I'm CPR and First Aid certified.
