About Peyton

Hi, my name is Peyton, I'm 28 years old, and every job I've ever had has been working with children. I started out as a summer nanny the summer before I started college and have done nannying in some form since then with a range of all ages (3 months- 12 years). I have a specialty of working with infants and toddlers and have even worked as the lead teacher in a Montessori classroom with that age group. I have also worked at a traditional preschool as a substitute teacher, worked at summer day camp, and done all kinds of sitting/nannying (full time, summer, date nights, overnights, etc.). I actually got my degree in 2020 in Middle Grades Education and now work as a 7th grade teacher. I am currently finishing up my 4th year of teaching and am looking for some work over the summer! If it's not clear by now, I love working with kids and with families who appreciate my childcare philosophy, which is helping children become as independent and communicative as possible.
