I cannot say enough wonderful things about Piedad! She has been caring for our two young girls (ages 6 and 3), and she has truly become such an important part of our family. The only reason we are parting ways is because we are relocating, and we will miss her so much. Piedad is incredibly dependable, attentive, and thoughtful. She never needs to be told something twice, always takes initiative, and is constantly finding ways to keep busy and make things run smoothly. She has the perfect balance of being supportive without overstepping, and she offers gentle, thoughtful advice when needed. Most importantly, our kids adore her and have always felt safe, loved, and cared for in her hands. We feel incredibly lucky to have had Piedad in our lives and would recommend her wholeheartedly to any family looking for someone trustworthy, caring, and exceptional. She will be deeply missed!
