About Portia

I am a young hard working woman who is very dedicated and patient. I am a nursing student. I have worked with patients who are terminally ill, those who have mental retardation , autistic, celebral palsy , down syndrome to mention a few. I have worked with seniors and children too. I'd describe my personality as hardworking, patient and dedicated I like caring for seniors because l was raised by my grandparents and l want to give back to the elderly and am also used to staying with them. I'm looking for a job that a role that allows me to make a positive impact on others' lives by providing compassionate care, demonstrating empathy and providing positive impact. I started caring for seniors when l took my grandparents to live with me. They raised me so after aging l toon them in. In my spare time, I like to study and take walks and watch tv as well.
