A trained Nursing Assistant/HHA, reliable, caring, patient, self-driven, and passionate about caregiving. I have 4+ yrs of experience caring for seniors and 6+ yrs' experience in social work. With me, my clients will receive appropriate care depending on their needs because I have sincere concern about their physical and mental well-being. I'm an organizer, planner, and multitasker, so minimum supervision will be required. I can provide all activities of daily living, transportation services, medicine management, companionship, run errands, and assist in exercises. I have dealt with all kinds of patients with various diagnoses such as stroke, Alzheimer's, Dementia, neurological disorders, heart issues among others, and well experienced in hospice care.
