Hi, my name is Quinn! I am 22 and have my Bachelor's in Social Work. I will begin my Master's of Social Work at UMD in the fall. I currently work at a daycare in between my programs! I have worked at multiple daycares in all age groups as well as in child welfare. I have also completed child abuse/mandated reporter training and a CPR certification. In addition, I have babysat and volunteered with children of multiple ages. Currently, I am looking for weekend babysitting opportunities! Taking care of children and being there for them as they grow truly brings me joy. When it comes to taking care of children I follow a more gentle approach. Communicating with parents is very important to me, whether it be about your newborn's nap schedule for the day or what your toddler had for lunch.
