Unreliable! Rachael has serious communication issues. I attempted to hire Rachael after a good phone interview & reference (may have been a relative) to care for my 92 year old Mom while we were on vacation. She cancelled or postponed a few meetings to meet Mom & receive instructions. Our final date to meet in person was 2 days prior to our trip. She then ghosted me & after repeatedly texting her, she declined the job. This left my family struggling to find last minute care for Mom. If Rachael did want or was unable to take the position, she should have promptly informed me instead of leaving our family with a care dilemma. Beware!
