Rachael jumped in and helped us for a week in between starting a new daycare. She is so lovely and sweet. I work from home and could hear my toddler and baby giggling with her all day long. We are so glad we found her!

We hired Rachael as our (then 10 MO) son’s nanny to replace our previous nanny who had to have unexpected surgery.  It was a stressful time, and we were desperate to find someone who would be as loving and caring towards our son as our previous nanny.  Rachael did not disappoint!  She immediately stepped in and was very professional from the first phone call until we transitioned our son to daycare (our plan all along when he turned 14 months).  Her caring heart and passion towards children truly shines, and it was demonstrated daily in the way she interacted with our son.  We also learned a lot from Rachael’s experience including recommendations for helpful products that have made our daily lives a lot easier and fun, creative ideas that have helped our son learn and develop.  Rachael has a heart of gold and is a joy to be around.  She would be a wonderful asset to anyone’s family and is still a part of ours. Rachael provided excellent care for our infant daughter from 2 months old. She is knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly. We loved having her nanny for us!

Rachael has been our full time nanny for the last 9 months since our baby was 3.5 months old. We are so lucky to have her in our lives. She was a perfect fit caring for our helpless 3.5 month old who just wanted to be held. As he's grown, though, she has developed such a strong bond with him and really become his first teacher. She has come up with all sorts of activities for them to do around the house and she has found several regular activities outside the house too (like library story time, the childrens museum, and the splash pad at the park). They have a lot of fun and do a lot of learning at the same time. 

Another thing we love about Rachael is that she is a really easy person to work with for us, as parents. She's meticulous at looging meals, sleep, and diapets, which is super helpful for us. She's also great at taking pictures and posting them to our shared album so we can see what they get up to while we're at work. Rachael is easy going and very accomodating - even happily putting up with both of us being part time wfh. She's always willing to give an opinion or suggestion but she's also genuinely interested in doing things how we want to do them. 

I'm 100% comfortable leaving my son in Rachael's care everyday because she has experience, judgement, and real love for him. She is a loving, fun, open minded person and I'm glad to think that some of that might be rubbing off on our son too.

The only reason we're parting ways is that we're moving out of state at the end of the summer. We're sad about leaving but deeply grateful that Rachael was our nanny for the first year of our son's life.

Rachael has babysat for my children regularly over the past 3 years. Our son was just 3 months when we met Rachael, and she now babysits for our 1 year old daughter, as well. 
Rachael is as sweet as can be - she adores watching after the children, and they always have lots of fun with her. When Rachael is babysitting, I never worry about my children's welfare, nor do I worry about their schedule being kept. Rachael follows our directions to a "t"- and she is also a competent, confident, and experienced caretaker. She is a compassionate person and a pleasure to have in our home and around our children! We feel lucky to have met Rachael!

She was first my son teacher at the daycare then I start having her to baby sit him since he was 5 months old she took good care of him for long time. Then we his sister born she used to baby sit both of my kids and she ok very good care of them and I trust her with my kids. 

We hired Rachel as a date night sitter for our infant son and have worked with her now for approximately 6 months. We felt right at ease with her professionalism and loved that she asked a lot of details and important questions to ensure she provided our son the best care. While we are out, she sends us occasional updates and photos, which we encourage and appreciate. Our son took to her very quickly and he seems to love playing with Ms. Rachael, which makes sneaking out the door a breeze. She our first "go to" sitter when we are planning a night out and has proven reliable each time, never cancelling and is always on time. Rachael babysat my son for over 2 years, and she was absolutely fantastic! My son adores her (as do we all), she is very friendly, reliable, sweet, and most of all, extremely caring. I've never seen anyone love my son as much as Rachael. I have nothing but good things to say about her. We've moved away, and miss her dearly. She was an integral part of our family. 

Our kids love her. She is always so happy to see them and keeps up with their activities. We feel very comfortable having Rachael watch our kids.
