About Rachael

I'm a trauma Informed yoga instructor for adults and children. I also specialize in nervous system regulation. I've worked with neurodivergent and autistic children. I currently work at a local elementary school as a paraprofessional and have passed the state and federal background check and I'm also certified in handle with care. Which is a nationwide program and training designed to help teachers and professionals safely manage, behavioral and violent children. Along with being that and a trauma informed kids and Adult Yoga instructor I'm also certified in Reiki Sound Healing, meditation and breath work. I work in an inclusive classroom with autistic children and Neurotypical children, but also children with learning disabilities and or behavior issues. I utilize nervous system techniques, art, and play to regulate the nervous system and integrate healthy coping mechanisms into your child's life Looking for a fulltime summer position
