About Rachael

Making a real difference in someone's life is what drives me as a caregiver. My four years of experience have solidified my passion for supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. I hold a college degree, and I am a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide with First Aid Training. I provide respite care, live-in home care, transportation, hospice services, and assistance with errands. I also assist with personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia support, and mobility. I adapt to changing routines and de-escalate stressful situations, incorporating memory care activities when needed. I prioritize creating a comfortable environment for care recipients. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. My approach is patient, compassionate, and friendly. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I hope to bring comfort and peace of mind to your family.
