High-quality care is definitely my true passion! As a women with four sisters and a single mother, I did not get a lot of attention so I thrive on giving children all of my attention and love, especially my nieces and nephews!! I have 7 nieces and 3 nephews whom I raised since I was 9, I am almost 24 now so about 15 years and I just stopped a month or two ago! I'm a very active, and fun babysitter/nanny, and my true happiness comes from making others happy especially kids, they deserve all the love, attention and kindness so they can be molded into better adults, and I believe all children are worthy. I communicated with Rachael regarding a caregiving position for my teenage son with autism. She initially expressed strong interest in the position, confirmed she received the interview questions, and stated she would love to work with my son. Unfortunately, after that conversation, communication stopped completely. Despite multiple follow-up messages asking for an update and whether she was still interested, I never received a response. While I understand circumstances change, I would have appreciated a simple message letting me know she was no longer interested in moving forward. Families searching for reliable childcare should be aware that my experience involved being ghosted during the hiring process after initial enthusiasm and expressed interest in the position.
