About Rachel

I started babysitting when I was 16. I love kids and I always seem to make babies smile or laugh. I have cared for infants, toddlers, and children of all ages. I am patient and fun, making those with special needs feel at ease. I am an active person. While skiing, I am engaged in a wide range of athletics. This being said, I am more than willing to drive a child to sport's practice. In fact, I worked as a counselor at Mt. Hood Summer Ski Camp for 2 years when I was a teenager. An honor student, I am more than capable of helping your children with their homework. I have a love for nature and the outdoors; while I did mention my interest in sports, I also enjoy a vast array of music varieties as well as a love for the arts. My father raised me as an athlete, and my mother cultured me with museums. I love pets - especially dogs! My friends joke about me being a dog whisperer. This being said, I am more than willing to walk your dog, feed your goldfish, or brush your cat. Organization is my forte . Thus light housekeeping is second nature. I love arts & crafts and baking! Decorating cookies is a common activity when I babysit! I am a confident and competent driver; friends and family prefer that I drive. This being said, I am more than happy taking your children to play dates, practices, appointments, or classes.
