About Rachel

I'm passionate about helping kids learn, grow, and feel supported. I have eight years of childcare experience with children from infants to pre-teens, including time as a nanny and as a behavioral assistant working with kids on the autism spectrum. These roles taught me to adapt to each child's unique needs, stay calm in busy situations, and create engaging, supportive environments. I hold a Master's degree in Special Education, have completed early childhood development coursework, and I'm CPR/First Aid trained. I love bringing creativity into childcare through crafts, outdoor play, and educational games that encourage curiosity and confidence. I'm also highly organized and communicative, making it a priority to keep things smooth and stress-free for both kids and parents. Most of all, I genuinely enjoy being a dependable, positive presence and giving children the patience and encouragement they need to thrive.
