Hi! I'm Rachel! I am new to the DC area looking for a family to occasional babysit for/afterschool nanny for! My 6+ years of babysitting experience has solidified my desire to positively impact young lives and support families. I was a nanny for a family in Boston with 2 children during my undergraduate years. I also was a YMCA After-School teacher for children ranging from Pre-K to 8th grade during my high school years. I am patient, friendly, reliable, and organized. I communicate with parents through regular updates, always following their preferred method of communication. I hold a college degree, and I am certified in Lifeguarding, First Aid Training and CPR Training. I am comfortable caring for up to 3 children. I am happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, homework, carpooling, light housekeeping, laundry, and swimming supervision.
