About Rachel

Hi! My name is Rachel! I graduated with a degree in Psychology from The New School in Spring 2025, and I'm currently getting my Master's in Social Work. I've always loved working with kids and have experience babysitting children of all ages. I also worked at a therapeutic school, where I supported adolescents with emotional, developmental, and behavioral needs. I also have experience working with neurodivergent and nonverbal children. I focus on creating a safe, structured, and fun environment where kids feel comfortable and happy. A little about me, I love baking, going on walks, being outside. I'm enjoy keeping children engaged, whether that's playing, helping with homework, or taking them to their activities. I'm reliable and always keep open communication with parents. I'm happy to stick to a set schedule, but I'm also flexible and available for last-minute help. I'm comfortable managing daily routines like meals, bedtime, and transportation.
