About Rachel

With over 15 years of experience in the special-needs field, I have dedicated my career to supporting adults with disabilities in developing independent living skills and meaningful social connections. I ran the Social Recreation Department and founder of the Judaism Club, where I design inclusive, engaging programs that foster community, culture, and personal growth. I hold a degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Psychology, which has provided a strong foundation in teaching, communication, and behavioral understanding. Outside of my professional work, I am a proud mother to a spirited4-year-old son and enjoy expressing my creativity through music, cooking, and new experiences.
