About Rachel

I'd describe my personality as fun, outgoing, driven. I like working with kids because they're so sweet, innocent, fun and I can't wait to have my own someday. I'm looking for a job that is relaxed while also having high standards. I take anything I'm doing seriously and act respectfully in whatever I am doing. I would ask that in return :) I started babysitting at 13 for a family with 2 kids. I worked with a couple in college watching their baby girl and cleaning their house throughout my last 2 years at school. The last family I worked with had 3 children and one being a baby and I worked for them for about 3 years off and on as needed. In my spare time, I like to relax, read, hang out with my family and friends. One thing you should know about me is I am extremely clean and organized. I always have a checklist so I don't forget anything and I genuinely care. My skills include communication, balancing attention and empathy.
