About Rachel

Hello! I am relocating from California to Denver in mid-April. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and will be attending the University of Denver in the fall for a Masters of Social Work. I have been caring for children since I was a teenager and have a lot of valuable experience. I have worked in crisis nurseries, volunteered in the NICU, worked in day cares, group homes and have provided respite and behavior intervention care. I have over one year experience with children with special needs, both developmental and behavioral. I was also a pharmacy technician and have been in charge of medications management in the past, so I am very well versed on dispensing medications as well as understanding allergic reactions. I am fun-loving and energetic. I am very passionate about children and nurturing them. I have my own transportation, insurance, and am highly reliable. My basic life saver certifications have expired and I am willing to re-certify once I arrive in Denver.
