About Rachelle

We hired Rachelle to care for our 5-month-old daughter during the day while my husband and I worked from home, and we could not have been happier with her. From the very beginning, Rachelle was attentive, thoughtful, and incredibly responsive to our daughter’s individual needs. She quickly learned her routine and took the time to understand not just what we did, but how and why we did things, which made the transition seamless and gave us tremendous peace of mind. One of Rachelle’s greatest strengths is her communication. She kept us informed throughout the day, communicated openly, and was always attentive to the little details. This built an enormous amount of trust and made it easy for us to focus on work knowing our daughter was in such capable hands. Rachelle was also flexible and proactive. As our daughter grew and reached new stages, Rachelle consulted with us and adapted her care to meet her changing needs. Our daughter was a preemie, and Rachelle was especially wonderful about observing and incorporating recommendations from our physical therapist into her daily routine. She was genuinely invested in helping our daughter develop, strengthen her skills, and reach her milestones. Rachelle also cared for our six-year-old daughter when school was closed or when we needed occasional additional help. She quickly formed a special bond with both girls. Our older daughter still talks about the fun and thoughtful activities they did together, which says a lot about the kind of connection Rachelle built with her. More than anything, Rachelle became someone who made our busy family feel supported. She was dependable, caring, observant, and always looking for ways to make our days a little easier. We continue to stay in touch with her, and if we ever need full-time childcare again, we would hire her without hesitation. We feel very lucky to have had her care for our girls and would recommend her wholeheartedly to any family looking for someone they can truly trust.
