I cannot recommend Rachel enough! She has cared for my 2 boys, now ages 2 and 4, for over a year. First as a nanny in our home, and then in her in-home Montessori toddler classroom. She is extremely kind and patient with the children she cares for and both of my boys absolutely love her. Her classroom is a clean, calm, lovely space and she does lots of fun educational activities with the kids. My boys started singing a great song about “boundaries” that I had never heard before - found out they learned it from Rachel! The small class size has been a perfect balance of providing socialization for the kids but also allowing plenty of individual attention as needed. She is wonderful to work with as a parent – communicates well and responds quickly, is very accommodating when we need extended hours here and there, shares updates and photos during the day and a daily summary at the end of the day. I feel so grateful to have found someone that we trust to take care of our kiddos like they were her own. My oldest just recently “graduated” to a preschool classroom and he misses going to Rachel’s. We plan to keep our youngest with her as long as possible!
