About Rachel

I am a caring and dependable nursing assistant with more than 24 years of professional experience caring for seniors in a long-term care setting. I enjoy building genuine relationships and helping people feel safe, comfortable, respected, and valued. Caregiving is also personal to me. After my sister sustained a brain injury in a car accident, I provided one-on-one support as she recovered and relearned everyday skills. That experience deepened my patience, compassion, and understanding of individualized care. I can provide companionship, help with daily routines and personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and mobility assistance. I especially enjoy helping seniors remain as active and independent as possible.
