About Rachel

I am a friendly, caring, experienced, professionally trained In-Home Companion/Caregiver. In the past seven years I have worked for two Senior Caregiving companies and provided non-medical companion care for eight individuals (including my grandmother). Some of my duties included light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, light transfers, medication reminders, sponge baths, running errands, transportation, Dementia care, personal care, and companionship. I thoroughly enjoyed working with each of my clients and learned a lot about life from them. I believe it is important for people to remain in their own homes as long as possible, and I enjoy helping them do that.:)
