About Rachel

I have been working in the education field for about 8 years. I have a master's degree in early childhood education. Being a positive influence in a child's life is one of the most rewarding careers in this world and I am extremely grateful for all of the experience that has brought me to where I am today. With that being said, I've learned alot from working with children. I've learned that it's important to listen, to be patient, to find their passion and help them grow by setting them up or success. I have learned that it's important accommodate for all types of growth, to think outside of the box and be creative when it comes to assisting and guiding the growth of their future. I believe in positive reinforcement and consistency. Being patient is key to a child's success and giving a child options when having a difficult time. A little about myself: I am an active person that loves sports and anything outdoors. I love to cook and get creative with crafts!
