About Rachel

I spent over 10 years as a social worker, including working with the elderly/Family Care and mental health consumers, both as a case manager as well as in the role of a County licenser for Adult Family Homes, assisting in transitions from group homes to smaller settings, as well as larger facilities into smaller CBRF's. I also facilitated trainings for care providers to ensure their needs were met as they cared for our consumers effectively. I spent time with a larger company doing in-home senior care in late 2018-2019, finding the company to be unethical and not treating the consumers as well as they should have been treated, which led me into nannying. I have done Respite for a child with Autism for the past year, through the State of WI Autism funding, and I also have done years of work with children with varying levels of Autism while nannying in graduate school, as well as in social work. I am a caring, compassionate, well-educated, and hard-working, dependable caregiver!
