About Rachel

I have cared for two different elderly individuals; one with Parkinson's & early Alzheimer's disease. He is in his mid-70's & walks with a cain & walker. I was responsible for making him lunch, assisting him with dressing & hygiene, medication management & driving him to appointments & errands. The other individual is in her mid-60's who broke her femur & was recovering from cancer. I took her to appointments, completed laundry, made her meals & helped her with her dog. Both families available as references. I have also been a nanny since age of 14 years & worked full time during the summers with families with multiple children. I am a very patient, caring individual that enjoys helping the elderly maintain independent living as long as possible. I enjoy cooking/cleaning & love to brighten their day by listening to stories, getting them out of the house & just making them laugh! I am a 5'11 athlete in good shape that can lift if they need assistance. Available May 13-Aug 24.
