About Rachel

I can not tell you enough wonderful things about Rachel. We hired her shortly after my second child was born to be a private nanny 3-5 days a week for P. (3mo) and C. (7yr). She quickly became a crucial part of our family that helped us to function. Now two years down the road, as P. (2 yr) and C. (9 yr) have grown, she has grown with them, adapting to their changing needs. Her strengths in multi-tasking, activity planning, and child rearing have given my children a safe and happy home. To be frank, she's a better parent than I am. P. is a screamer, and C. can talk a million words a minute, a combination that makes my head spin, yet Rachel is undaunted. She's there for them, patient and warm, every day we need her. Consistent to show up when scheduled, she is also flexible and has been available to come short notice on so many occasions I lost count. In short, she is perfect, and we would keep her forever if our home dynamic weren't shifting.
