We were incredibly grateful to have Rachel caring for Mickey. She was dependable, patient, kind, and truly became someone our family could trust. Mickey was living with dementia, and Rachel always treated him with compassion, respect, and dignity, even on the more challenging days. Rachel helped with much more than companionship. She managed household tasks and chores, helped keep things organized, stayed on top of his medications, provided transportation to appointments and errands, and made sure his day-to-day needs were handled. What stood out most was the genuine relationship she built with Mickey. She spent time talking with him, keeping him company, and making sure he felt comfortable and cared for. Knowing he was with someone patient and attentive gave our family tremendous peace of mind.
