About Rachel

Hello! My name is Rachel, and I am a preservice teacher and childcare provider. I earned my Associate's Degree in Elementary Education in 2025 and am currently completing my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary and Special Education. I have 4 years of experience as a substitute teacher for grades K-12 and have also worked in daycare, preschool, and summer program settings with children ages 2-10. In addition to my professional experience, I have personal experience caring for infants and young children through helping raise my two younger brothers. I am 24 years old and have lived in Mesa, Arizona for most of my life. Serving my community has always been one of my core values and working with children is one of the most fulfilling ways to give back. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, hiking, kayaking, and reading :) I am happy to answer any further questions and expand upon my skills and experience. I look forward to working with your family!
