Hi! My name is Rachel, and I'm looking for a part-time nanny position in the Denver area. I recently graduated from CU Boulder with a degree in Psychology and am starting my Master of Social Work at the University of Denver, with a focus on working with children and families. I have over 8 years of experience with kids of ALL ages, including full-time nannying, babysitting, and running an after-school program. I truly love working with kids and am the type of nanny who gets fully involved: playing games, doing activities, getting outside, getting creative, going on adventures, and matching their energy. I love building genuine relationships with the kids I work with and being more of a big-sister figure than just a babysitter. I'm also happy to help with school pickup/drop-off, errands, pets, laundry, and things around the house. I'm hoping to a family I can really become a part of. I have many families willing to give me references as well. I'd love to connect!

She is incredibly responsible, a safe and capable driver, and can seamlessly manage multiple kids, activities, and moving pieces while keeping everyone on schedule. What really sets Rachel apart is how deeply she gets to know each child. She is wonderful with children with different needs and personalities, and has an incredible ability to make every kid feel seen, heard, understood, and loved. She’s also an amazing mother’s helper — proactive, organized, and always one step ahead. And she is FUN and creative. Your kids will be outside, exploring, creating, playing, and genuinely engaged — not sitting around watching mindless TV. I would trust Rachel completely and recommend her without hesitation.
