We had the pleasure of interviewing with Radica yesterday for a short term assignment taking care of our infant son. While we did not move forward because a family member ended up being able to help watch our son, we would have absolutely moved forward with her had circumstances been different. Radica was very professional and so personable. She was flexible in speaking very late via FaceTime to accommodate our challenging schedules. We had such a great interaction that we invited Radica to come by our house and she was able to come same day. Her love of children is very obvious and watching her handle our son, who was present for the interview, was very reassuring that she was comfortable with young children.
