About Radsheda

Radsheda took care of my husband while he was in hospice until he passed away. During the 7 months my husband (who was a difficult patient) was in hospice, we had many different caregivers. Radsheda formed a relationship of trust with him which helped him calm down and control his temper. The nurses and physical therapists who visited also learned to consult with her as she spent more hours with him and carefully observed his reactions to medication and treatment. She is knowledgeable and experienced and an important team member. She also helped me to understand what was happening to him and how best to be supportive. Radsheda worked a 12 hour night shift. When a day worker got sick, she volunteered to stay working several days and nights taking short breaks here and there. She is physically and mentally strong and I never saw her neglect any of her duties. I am grateful to Radsheda for explaining the dying process to me so that I could understand what my husband needed. She was able to keep him comfortable without being over medicated. At the same time we agreed that the decisions about his treatment were mine to make. She explained to me her point of view and deferred to my decision. She was respectful. I highly recommend Radsheda Manning for any caregiving position. You can’t do better.
