About Rafael

Hi, I'm Rafael. I've worked as a Personal Care Assistant since 2023, and I currently care for my uncle 50 hours a week. He walks with a cane, and I help with meals, shopping, errands, laundry, and keeping his home comfortable, while supporting his independence. Caring for family has taught me how much it means to know a loved one is safe, respected, and genuinely cared for. My professional experience includes helping clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility aids, and daily routines. I also monitor changes in their condition, document care, and communicate concerns promptly. I believe good care takes patience, attention, and respect for each person's dignity.
