With over four years of dedicated childcare experience, I have cared for children aged 6 months to 8 years. Currently, I work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), specializing in autism. My professional hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing me to offer evening and weekend childcare. I am committed to providing quality care and ensuring each child's health and safety. I create a nurturing, engaging environment where children feel safe and stimulated. My approach focuses on meeting each child's unique needs and encourage development through fun and educational activities. As an RBT, I have helped children develop social skills, communication abilities, and behavioral improvements. My dedication to connect with children have consistently earned positive feedback from parents and colleagues.
