We knew Ram would be a great fit from our first meeting with her! She was so great with our 8 month baby. We hired for a week while my sister (or usual nanny) was unavailable and I was more than a little nervous to have someone new watch our baby. Ram was respectful of our wishes, communicative, and flexible with scheduling. She was knowledgeable and offered us suggestions, tips, and tricks which we loved. Ram was able to get our baby to nap in mere minutes, which is almost unheard of. She was patient and great at encouraging and helping our baby crawl and climb safely. I’d recommend her in a heartbeat!
