About Randall

I am a husband and father of 3 children( 2 girls and a boy). Fostering a positive impact on children's lives and supporting families as a reliable caregiver is my primary passion. I have developed a patient, calm, and approachable demeanor that helps me connect easily with children ages 6 to 12+. I have worked at summer camps, volunteered at kids sport camps and currently help out with the children's ministry at my local church. I enjoy keeping children active through outdoor sports and physical games. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and am happy to assist with light housekeeping. I prioritize clear communication, providing updates via your preferred method, whether through text, phone calls, or verbal check-ins at pickup. I am also very comfortable caring for two children and welcoming any family pets into our daily routine.
