About Raneem

I have experience working with children in different settings/capacities. I began babysitting children aged 2-5 y/o while I was in college. I have 3 years of experience working as a behavioral therapist for children on the spectrum, ranging from 3-15 y/o. Facts about me: I come from a big family and have been around babies, toddlers and children all my life! I have my Master's in Social Work and have taken trainings and classes about childhood development and welfare, child safety, and mental health/behavioral disorders in children. Therefore, I have gathered a lot of helpful knowledge on how to understand children and work with them. Looking for a family that will give me the opportunity to make memories with their kiddos! Exploring new ideas, encouraging growth, embracing their creativity, and having fun! I believe in giving children respect and patience. I understand the importance of upholding routine for kids while also having the balance of fun and freedom.
