About Raquel

Hi! My name is Raquel. I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) educator based in Davie with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and over 10 years of experience working with children and families. I am currently completing my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Nova Southeastern University. My experience includes tutoring, babysitting, homeschooling, swim instruction, and school-based academic and behavioral support. I enjoy creating structured, engaging environments where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to learn. I am patient, reliable, nurturing, and organized. I can assist with homework, educational activities, gentle pet care, children's laundry, tidying up, and light household tasks. I am also comfortable supervising children during water play and pool time with a strong focus on safety.
