About Rashida

It is my privilege to write this letter of recommendation for Rashida, who provided exceptional care for my dear friend while living with dementia. I had the opportunity to observe Rashida closely and I can say without hesitation that she provided care of the highest quality. I have degree in Nursing so I know caring for someone with dementia requires far more than technical skills, it requires patience, compassion, consistency, and the ability to preserve a person’s dignity during very difficult times. Rashida demonstrated all of these qualities and cared for my friend with warmth, respect, and genuine affection. She always made her feel safe, valued, and understood. I personally witnessed her calmly guide my friend through bouts of confusion, gently redirecting her and creating an environment to comfort her. She also attended to her personal needs with grace and dignity. I witnessed companionship, laughter and peace during her often challenging journey. Her reliability, professionalism, and intuitive understanding of dementia care gave family members and friends who loved my friend enormous confidence and comfort. My friend passed away in October and I remain deeply grateful that someone as devoted and compassionate as Rashida was by her side to the very end.
