Rayne was a very clear communicator which made everything so much easier. We (3 families) hired Rayne to do a group babysitting while we were in town a long weekend. She did a lovely job with 5 children, enforcing bedtime for the older ones but being very gentle with the little one who didn't want to sleep in a new , environment.
