About Rea

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, nurturing, and creative! I like working with kids because I believe one positive adult influence in a child's life can make a world's difference in their future. I'm looking for a job that offers consistency, mutual trust, and a family who is willing to let me be a part of their team! I started working with kids when I was 18 as a nanny, though I grew up as the eldest of 5 so I've been unofficially caretaking for most of my life! I have experience working at camps and schools, nannying for several families, and being an after-school program director. I've worked with children 1 mo-16 y. o. I have a BA in Psychology and hope to become a child psychologist in the future. I have a background in art and love to be outdoors, and I incorporate being active and creative into my care approach with kids. I'm also a certified lifeguard! My skills include communication, adaptability, and extensive child development knowledge.
