Rebeca was our full time nanny for a year, She took care of our little one from 5 to 15 months old. We can not say enough wonderful things about her. Our boy was a premie and had some colic phases, and she was wonderful with him. She kept up with all of his various extra needs, medications, and therapies. She would come with us to some of his OT sessions and learn the exercises. We never had one moment in the year she worked with us where he wasn't lovingly taken care of. We would have zero concerns leaving them alone at home during the day and our boy would squeal with joy when she arrived in the morning. With Rebeca herself, she is everything you would want in someone who's watching your child. Always on time and very reliable. Willing to help stay a little later whenever we needed it. Helped keep the house tidy, do laundry, and feed our dogs. Would always ask questions when she was unsure of something. Would follow our instructions while also offering new suggestions/ideas. Great at communicating any scheduling issues weeks in advance. We're going to miss having her around every day!
