For the past 10 years, I've dedicated myself to supporting the independence and well-being of adults, as well as providing peace of mind to their families. My approach is rooted in patience, compassion, and creating a comfortable environment for those in my care. I'm skilled in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and redirecting attention when needed. I provide verbal updates, and always follow the family's preferred method of communication. I'm also experienced in light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance.
