I've worked as an operations coordinator for Montessori schools. This role has given me insights into the educational system and the unique needs of children at different stages. Additionally, I've taught dance, theater, and private voice lessons to children aged 5-18, nurturing their love for the arts. I've also enjoyed babysitting my four young nieces and nephews, all under 5, which has provided me with hands-on experience in creating a supportive and engaging environment. I am CPR and first aid certified by the American Red Cross, and I have my own vehicle but am also comfortable using public transportation in NJ and NYC.

I couldn’t recommend Becca more. She is responsible, kind, creative, and truly present with my kids (5 yrs and 18 months) every time she watches them. They adore her and so do we! I feel incredibly grateful to have found such good care when we need it. Her Montessori and theater school background make her so knowledgeable and fun for the kids. Even the 18 month old screams “Becca!” when she comes through the door. This was my first experience finding care through care.com and my expectations were exceeded in every way.
