About Rebecca

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, optimistic, and patient I like working with kids because I find it to be fulfilling and I get to create a safe environment for kids to be have fun and be themselves. I'm looking for a job that is consistent in scheduling throughout weekdays and occasional help on weekends as needed. I started working with kids in 2017. I started as a mother's helper twice a week then started babysitting consistently. As I got older, I had more responsibilities like prepping dinner, getting kids ready for bed, and helping with homework etc. I also would bring them and pick them up from afterschool activities. Throughout this time I was also volunteering with child care at my local church on Sundays. In my spare time, I like to read, hang out with my friends, and go on long walks. One thing you should know about me is I speak both English and Portuguese fluently. My skills include creativity, interpersonal patience, and communication.
