About Rebecca

Hi! I'm a Pediatric Sleep Consultant, Newborn Care Specialist, and child care provider with over 25 years of experience supporting families. I've worked with children from birth through school age as a nanny, sleep trainer, family manager, fill-in childcare provider, babysitter, and postpartum doula. I also hold certifications as a Nap Educator, Sleep Trainer, Birth and Bereavement Doula, Breastfeeding Doula, and Life Coach. I help parents navigate sleep challenges from naps to night wakings, by creating custom, developmentally appropriate plans and offering coaching and support. I work virtually with families across the country, and in person in the Triad area. I hold a bachelor's degree in Exceptional Child Studies (Birth-K) with concentrations in Psychology and Special Education, and a Master's and post-Master's in Management & Leadership. My passion is helping families thrive by meeting both practical and emotional needs with knowledge, empathy, and care.
