About Rebecca

With 23+ years of childcare experience, caring for children and supporting families has always been a meaningful part of my life. My background includes Early Childhood Development and mental health, giving me a well-rounded understanding of children's needs and development. I began working with children in NY at the YMCA babysitting room while attending community college. I later moved to Hawaii, where I worked as a nanny and babysitter for wonderful military families. Now back in NY to be closer to family, I'm looking for part-time and occasional babysitting opportunities. I'm CPR and First Aid trained and comfortable caring for up to four children. I'm patient, dependable, and creative, and enjoy keeping kids engaged through crafts, games, reading, outdoor play, and age-appropriate activities. I'm happy to help with meals, routines, and child-related household tasks. My goal is for your children to feel safe, happy, and cared for while giving you peace of mind when you're away.
