I have all the experience that motherhood brings, as well as having nannied a 5-month-old baby recently for a couple of months (it was a temp job). I really feel like nannying is more than a job-it's being a nurturer for the child and giving the family support when they need it. I loved that 5-month-old as if she were my own, and I was amazed at how all the baby skills came back to me! Becky was my nanny for my 5-month old daughter for a short time frame (2 months) while I was temporarily in town for a family matter. I am so so so grateful for Becky. She is one of those people that radiate kindness and you immediately feel comfortable around. My daughter lit up with happiness everytime I dropped her off. Becky is very communicative and I felt well informed about my daughter’s day. She helped me research sleep strategies to troubleshoot the sleep regression and we worked together on the implantation. Additionally, my daughter was always a terrible day time eater and Becky was able to turn this around and now she is a fantastic eater. I had established core hours with Becky and she let me know what days of flexibility she had in case I needed a later pickup so I could accomplish baby free errands after work. I would rate Becky more than five stars if it were available.
