Reina seemed very responsible and kind initially. Unfortunately after hiring her long term she completely ghosted us after 2 weeks with no explanation. I tried reaching out and even let her know it was okay if she didn't want to continue to work for us but just to let us know so we could find someone else. She didn't reply to that either. We were left very confused and frustrated as we put time into her and teaching her our routines before welcoming our 4th baby to set up for a smooth transition. Now we have the baby and no caregiver and no explanation. Due to poor communication I would not consider her reliable nor recommend her.
