Renee would always speak to dad using a kind and comforting voice, speaking clearly and slowly knowing dad liked to be spoken in that manner. Renee knew dad didn't liked to be rushed and so she would gently guide him through his activities throughout the day accomplishing the goals of the day smoothly. Dad loved Renee's company. Renee would listen attentively as dad would tell her stories of his eight children and ten grandchildren thoroughly enjoying his stories. Dad would say Renee picked out the best movies to watch and she didn't just turn the movie on for dad, she would watch it with him and they would laugh and just enjoy the show. When my husband and I would visit dad, Renee would always ask not just how we were, but about our children. She knew just by the way dad shifted that he was ready to get up and she was right there ready to assist him. Renee kept everything so clean and cleaned while dad was napping, so she didn't make him nervous. She is kind, caring & compassionate.
